A boxer whose country of residence is Latvia who is a citizen of Latvia and traines on the territory of Latvia is required to have a license of the Latvian Professional Boxing Federation.
To become a licenced boxer, the boxer must provide an identity document, an MRI report (valid for not more than one year) from a radiologist, a blood test (for a period that does not exceed three months) for hepatitis A + B + C and HIV, an ophthalmologist’s opinion on the examination of the fundus of the eye (validity period not more than one year) and the conclusion of the cardiac stress test (valid for not more than one year).
